What is whistleblower protection?
Whistleblower protection is a set of measures under Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on Whistleblower Protection (hereinafter referred to as the “Whistleblower Protection Act”), designed to protect persons who report possible unlawful conduct from retaliation.
Contipro a. s. has established an internal reporting system to ensure the safe submission and administration of reports under the Whistleblower Protection Act and other reports. Contipro a. s. uses the Whispero platform as its internal reporting system.

Reporting
A report means a report:
a) made by a natural person who performs work or another similar activity for Contipro a. s.; and
b) containing information about a possible breach of legal regulations under the Whistleblower Protection Act, or another report.
Reporting methods
- In writing
• Electronically using the web form: https://app.whispero.eu/f/hvxsg3vi5z8g4nhl
• By e-mail sent to: 504301410@whispero.eu
• In a sealed envelope marked DO NOT OPEN 504301410, sent by post to the address of Contipro a. s., for the attention of the competent person.
- By phone
• By phone at +420 239 050 505, after entering the code 504301410 and pressing the hash key. The whistleblower then records a message and closes and submits the report by pressing the hash key again.
• If the whistleblower does not agree to the recording of an oral message, they may arrange a personal meeting where they can submit an oral report without an audio recording.
- In person
• Within a reasonable time, no later than 14 days after arranging a meeting through the contact details listed above.
Follow-up to a report
A report can be accessed at any time afterwards, and communication can continue after entering its ID at:

External reporting channel
The whistleblower may also use the reporting system established by the Ministry of Justice. More details about whistleblower protection and the possibility of submitting a report to the Ministry are available at:
