• Is relocation support available?

  Yes, we are happy to assist with relocation. Contipro offers company accommodation in Žamberk and Ústí nad Orlicí, with apartments ranging from studio flats to four-bedroom units. Available options are always discussed individually with candidates during the recruitment process.

• Do you offer internships?

  Yes. Our company is committed to supporting cooperation with both secondary schools and universities, as well as promoting natural sciences across the region and throughout the Czech Republic.

• How long does the recruitment process take?

  The recruitment process usually takes no longer than one month, depending on the number of interview stages.

  For research positions, the process generally consists of one round, including a personal interview with the team leader and an HR representative, as well as an English language test.

  For positions in other departments, candidates may also be asked to complete a short case study, particularly for roles in sales or marketing. As part of our approach to company culture and team compatibility, we may also use the PrinciplesYou personality assessment.

• Is hybrid work possible?

  Unfortunately, hybrid working is not generally available at Contipro. Most of our positions are closely connected to our facilities in Dolní Dobrouč, including roles in production, laboratories, technology and engineering teams.

  Sales positions usually involve more frequent travel, and employees may start international business trips directly from their place of residence.

  As a form of flexibility, employees can benefit from a flexible working hours system. This allows them to organise their working time according to their needs, work additional hours and use the accumulated time off on other days.

• What happens after I accept a job offer?

  Once you accept our offer, our HR team will contact you and guide you through all the necessary steps before your first day. These may include preparing the employment contract, arranging the pre-employment medical examination and collecting the required documents.

  Before you start, you will know what to expect, where to go and whom to contact.

• What does the onboarding process involve?

  After joining the company, you will receive an introduction to Contipro, the working environment and the most important company procedures and policies.

  Your manager and colleagues will then gradually introduce you to your responsibilities, internal processes and the way your team works. In most cases, you will also be assigned a dedicated buddy who will support you during your first weeks.

  The onboarding process follows an individual adaptation plan, with the pace adjusted to the specific role and your previous experience.

• Can I apply even if I do not meet all the requirements?

  Yes. If you meet the main requirements of the position and the role interests you, we encourage you to apply.

  Some knowledge and skills can be developed during the onboarding and training process. Any essential requirements without which the role cannot be performed are clearly stated in the job advertisement.

• Can I submit my CV even if there is no suitable position available?

  Yes. You can send us your CV even if none of the currently open positions matches your profile.

  With your consent, we may contact you again if a suitable opportunity becomes available in the future.

• Do I need to include a cover letter with my application?

  Unless stated otherwise in the specific job advertisement, a cover letter is not required.

  However, we would appreciate a short message explaining why the position interests you and what kind of work you would like to do at Contipro.

• Do you offer opportunities for graduates?

  Yes. We are happy to provide opportunities for recent graduates and candidates at the beginning of their careers.

  Motivation, willingness to learn and suitability for the role are important to us. The required level of experience is always specified in the job advertisement.

• Is knowledge of Czech required? What about English?

  In most teams, knowledge of Czech is important for everyday communication, cooperation with colleagues and understanding work-related documentation.

  As an internationally active company, we also require English for university-level positions and roles involving regular communication with international partners or customers.

  The specific language requirements are always stated in the relevant job advertisement.

• Do you offer shift work?

  Yes. Shift work is available mainly in production and related operations.

  Information about working hours and shift patterns is always included in the individual job advertisement.

• How can I get to Contipro?

  Our main site is located in Dolní Dobrouč.

  Dolní Dobrouč is accessible from Ústí nad Orlicí and Letohrad by both bus and train. Bus connections are also available from Žamberk and other nearby locations.

  Employees can park directly in front of the company building or use the nearby multi-storey car park.

• Can I visit my future workplace during the recruitment process?

  Yes, where the nature of the position and operational conditions allow it, we will be happy to show you the workplace during the recruitment process.
